For the evening dinner, the Chef proposes a “gourmet tasting” experience accompanied by a selection of three excellent wines prepared by our Sommelier. The route begins with the Egg of Giotto 62° followed by the Raw of Grigio stagionato from the Macelleria Trono. It continues with a Cappellaccio stuffed with rabbit, potato mousse, mushrooms Pioppini and powder of laurel and with the Lombo di Cervo served with salted chard, reduction of Gin Chic London Dry and red fruits.
To conclude a sweet and delicious moment enhanced by the softness and intense scent of our Vin Santo from Caratello.
